Satisfactory stay with minor issues
good variety convenient location unhelpful staff unexpected costs
The breakfast had a good variety of options. I found new things to try each morning. The hotel's location was convenient. I easily walked to various attractions in the area. It was about a 15 minute walk to the center of town.
The staff seemed unhappy and were not very helpful. It was hard to get information from them at reception. I was not informed about parking costs beforehand and found out at check out that it was 30 euro per day. This was unexpected. The staff was unfriendly when I asked about it.

I found the staff helpful with directions. My room had fresh towels daily. The breakfast buffet featured a variety of options. It was well-stocked. I used the free parking and it helped a lot.
The room lacked a mini fridge. I'd have loved it. for keeping drinks cold.

great location helpful staff ideal facilities
the location helped me explore the city centre. areas further out. it was very close to the train station, made visiting the salt mines easy. the staff was helpful to me. the facilities included what i needed.
the light was poor in my room, because the blinds were very thin.

The room was clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of choices. It suited different tastes. The staff proved helpful, and their friendly attitude enhanced my visit. A short walk led to both the city center and the Jewish quarter.
The room lacked some expected toiletries, so I needed to use my own supplies.

great breakfast ideal location
The breakfast was amazing!!! it was served from 7am each morning. the hotel location is ideal. A short walk got me to the centre.
the surrounding area had some graffiti on buildings near the hotel.
